A planning appeal regarding the application to develop 534 High Road E11 (at the end of Ferndale Road) will be held at the Town Hall in Walthamstow at 10am on Tuesday 24 February. The Council refused the owners’ application to retain the ground floor shop and 2 flats above, and to erect a ground and first-floor rear extension to form 2 further flats.
